Common use of Work Week and Work Day Clause in Contracts

Work Week and Work Day. 6.1.1 Regular full-time employment within this representation unit consists of a 40-hour work week rendered in units of eight hours. The regular work week for employees shall consist of five consecutive work days for all employees rendering service averaging four hours or more per day during the work week.
