Common use of Work Week and Work Day Clause in Contracts

Work Week and Work Day. 23 1. Full-time employment within this representation unit consists of a forty (40) hour 24 week rendered in units of eight (8) hours. The work week shall consist of up to five (5) 25 consecutive work days, Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, for all employees 26 rendering service averaging four (4) or more hours per day during the work week. The normal 27 work week shall be Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday.
