Work Week/Work Day. (a) The regular work week shall be a forty (40) hour week, Monday a.m. through Friday p.m. The project starting time shall be established in the pre-job conference (Article XIII). Once established, the project starting time shall not be changed without mutual consent of both parties. (b) If an Employee is required to start work prior to the regular starting time established in the pre-job conference, said Employee shall receive one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular rate of pay for each hour worked prior to the regular starting time.
