Workmanship and Inspection. All work under this Agreement shall be performed in a skillful and workmanlike manner. The Contractor and its employees shall be professional and courteous at all times. The County reserves the right to require immediate removal of any Contractor employee from County service it deems unfit for service for any reason, not contrary to law. This right is non-negotiable and the Contractor agrees to this condition by accepting this Agreement. Further, the County may, from time to time, make inspections of the work performed under the Agreement. Any inspection by the County does not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility in meeting the Agreement requirements. The Contractor will have all employees working at County sites wear a uniform and have photo identification (frontal face). This identification must be prominently displayed at all times. No one with a felony conviction may be employed under this Agreement. The Contractor MUST remove any employee from County service who is convicted of a felony during his or her employment.

Workmanship and Inspection. The Subcontractor shall perform the Work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents in a good and workmanlike manner and in conformity with the best professional practices. The Subcontractor shall operate as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Contractor. All material and equipment furnished under this Agreement shall be of first quality and new, unless otherwise specified, free from faults and defects. All work and/or materials furnished by Subcontractor shall be subject to inspection, approval, disapproval, and acceptance by the Contractor and/or owner. Upon completion, the Subcontractor shall obtain an executed Certificate of Completion, Satisfaction, & Quality Evaluation from the Client/Owner.

  • TESTING AND INSPECTION 6.1 Pre-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant shall allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.

  • Tests and Inspections 5.2.1 Tests and Inspections shall comply with title 24, part 1, California Code of Regulations, group 1, article 5, section 4-335, and with the provisions of the Specifications.

  • RECORDS AND INSPECTIONS Consultant shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement for a period of three years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. City shall have the right to access and examine such records, without charge, during normal business hours.   • Maintenance and Inspection of Records The City, or its authorized auditors or representatives, shall have access to and the right to audit and reproduce any of the Contractor's records to the extent the City deems necessary to insure it is receiving all money to which it is entitled under the Contract and/or is paying only the amounts to which Contractor is properly entitled under the Contract or for other purposes relating to the Contract. The Contractor shall maintain and preserve all such records for a period of at least three (3) years after termination of the Contract. If not, the Contractor shall, upon request, promptly deliver the records to the City of Xxxxxx or reimburse the City for all reasonable and extra costs incurred in conducting the audit at a location other than the City of Xxxxxx, including, but not limited to, such additional (out of the City) expenses for personnel, salaries, private auditors, travel, lodging, meals, and overhead.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner.

  • Entry and Inspection Lessee shall permit Lessor or Lessor's agents to enter upon the premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, for the purpose of inspecting the same, and will permit Lessor at any time within sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this lease, to place upon the premises any usual "To Let" or "For Lease" signs, and permit persons desiring to lease the same to inspect the premises thereafter.

  • Monitoring and Inspection The Interconnected Transmission Owner may monitor construction and installation of Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer is constructing. Upon reasonable notice, authorized personnel of the Interconnected Transmission Owner may inspect any or all of such Interconnection Facilities to assess their conformity with Applicable Standards.
