Workweek/PAGA Workweek Challenges. The number of Class Workweeks you worked during the Class Period and the number of PAGA Workweeks you worked during the PAGA Period, as recorded in Standard’s records, are stated in the first page of this Notice. You have until to challenge the number of Workweeks and/or PAGA Workweeks credited to you. You can submit your challenge by signing and sending a letter to the Administrator via mail, email or fax. Section 9 of this Notice has the Administrator’s contact information.

  • Workday/Workweek A. The normal workweek for each full-time employee shall be forty (40) hours.

  • Workweek A regularly re-occurring period of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours consisting of seven (7) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour periods. Workweeks will normally begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday or as otherwise designated by the appointing authority. If there is a change in their workweek, employees will be given written notification by the appointing authority or their designee.

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:

  • Workday and Workweek The District and the Association recognize the principle of an eight (8) hour unit member workday, and a forty (40) hour workweek for persons employed on a full-time basis during the regular school year.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.

  • Basic Workweek The basic workweek for full-time employees shall be forty (40) hours, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour days. Commencing with their fifth (5th) week of employment, full-time employees shall receive forty (40) hours pay at straight time rates and shall work four (4) days, thirty-two (32) hours, including work on the statutory holiday, in a week in which one (1) statutory holiday occurs; three (3) days, twenty-four

  • Workweek and Workday 1. The normal workweek shall consist of not more than five (5) consecutive days and not more than forty (40) hours per week, Sunday through Saturday. The regular workday shall consist of not more than eight (8) hours per day. Nothing in this Article shall be deemed to restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.

  • Returning to Work After a Period of Parental Leave (a) An employee will notify of their intention to return to work after a period of parental leave at least four weeks prior to the expiration of the leave.

  • WORKING TEST PERIOD Section One. The Working Test Period shall be deemed an extension of the examination process. Therefore, a determination of unsatisfactory performance during a Working Test Period shall be tantamount to a failure of the competitive exam.
