Written Applications for the job shall be selected on the basis of seniority and ability. The decision as to which applicant will be accepted will be made by the Company. In the event that an unaccepted applicant does not agree with the Company’s decision, the employee has the right to file a grievance under the regular grievance procedure.
Written Applications. Applications are available March 1 – June 30 (via walk-in or mail) during business hours at the Laborers Training Center, 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. Applications are also available at Local Union offices.
