Written Order of Disciplinary Action. The Court Executive Officer or designee shall cause to be served on the employee, either personally or by sending a notice to the employee's last known address, a written notice stating the specific disciplinary action and the factual grounds therefore. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to advise the Human Resources Department of the Court of his or her current address. Service on the last address provided by the employee shall be deemed adequate.
