Written Warning/Reprimand. If the behavior is deemed severe or continues, the Supervisor shall issue to the unit member a clearly identified written letter of warning/reprimand. Three (3) working days prior to the notification to the employee, the President of CSEA shall receive a copy of the written letter of warning/reprimand. A copy will be sent to the Office of Human Resources. The member will be notified of the unit member's right to representation by the CSEA. At the request of the CSEA, the Office of Human Resources may also be involved at this level.

Written Warning/Reprimand. At the Employer’s discretion, the Employer may issue a written warning to the employee.
Written Warning/Reprimand. A written or formal warning is given to the employee in the first instance of more serious offenses or after repeated instances of minor offenses. The warning states the nature of the offense and specifies any future disciplinary action which may be taken against the employee if the offense is repeated. A copy of the written warning is placed in the employee's personnel file. The employee is required to read and sign the formal warning and has the right to have a response placed in their personnel file.
Written Warning/Reprimand. An official notification to the Member that there is cause for dissatisfaction with the Member’s performance or conduct, and that further disciplinary measures may be taken if said cause is not corrected. A written reprimand shall be given in the manner and on forms prescribed by the Department Director or Director of Human Resources. For these lesser disciplinary actions, the Member shall have no right to prior notice prior to imposition of the disciplinary action or any right to appeal the decision.
