WSIB Coverage. The Staffing Firm will maintain WSIB registration, pay all required premiums and meet all regulatory requirements for all Designated Personnel and will, upon request, provide a WSIB clearance certificate as verification that its account is in good standing.
WSIB Coverage a) The Employer agrees to arrange for coverage for all employees under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. b) An employee may access uninsured sick days, until such time as the employee’s claim for benefits is approved by Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. It is agreed that any sick pay provided to the employee is considered to be an advance on their WSIB benefits and, if the employee is awarded WSIB benefits, that advance will be considered an overpayment owing by the employee to the Employer. The employee and the Union will take all required steps to advise the WSIB of the advance paid by the Employer and to ensure that the WSIB reimburses the Employer for the overpayment made.
WSIB Coverage. Sub–contractors and service providers are expected to maintain ‘good- standing’ with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. In order to maintain ongoing quality control, W.S.I.B. eClearance certificates will be set for automatic renewal.

  • Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:

  • Coverage If any of the aforementioned liability insurance is arranged on a "claims made" basis, "tail" coverage will be required at the completion of this contract for a duration of 24 months or the maximum time period the PURCHASER's insurer will provide such if less than 24 months. Any policies of insurance carried in accordance with this Section 7.06(a) and any policies taken out in substitution or replacement for any of such policies shall: (1) name Loan Trustee, Subordination Agent, each Pass Through Trustee and each Liquidity Provider as their Interests (defined below in this Section 7.06) may appear, as additional insureds (the “Additional Insureds”), (2) subject to the conditions of clause (3) below, provide that, in respect of the interest of each Additional Insured in such policies, the insurance shall not be invalidated by any action or inaction of Company, any Permitted Lessee, or any other insured (other than such Additional Insured) and shall insure each Additional Insured’s Interests as they appear, regardless of any breach or violation of any warranty, declaration or condition contained in such policies by Company, any Permitted Lessee or any other insured (other than such Additional Insured), (3) provide that, if such insurance is canceled for any reason, or if any change is made in the insurance that materially reduces the amount of insurance or the coverage certified in the insurance report delivered on the Closing Date to Loan Trustee and each Liquidity Provider, or if such insurance is canceled for nonpayment of premium, such cancellation or change shall not be effective as to any Additional Insured for 30 days after
