HVAC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE. Tune-up for ONE unit. A $65.00 fee is due for each seasonal tune-up. If additional units are requested to be tuned-up, You are responsible to pay the Service Provider directly for each additional unit. If covered service beyond the tune-up is required, an additional service fee is due. COVERED: Calibrate thermostat, test temperature split, check refrigerant levels & system pressures and add refrigerant if necessary, in which We will pay up to $30 per pound for refrigerant, recapture, reclaim, and disposal. Customer is responsible for payment of any costs in excess of $30 per pound; perform amp draw on condenser coils, check contactors, check accessible condensate lines for leaks, clean or replace filters, clean & tighten electrical connections, test capacitors, and check heating operation, inspect pilot system, test safety switches, test limit switches, and clean burners. NOT COVERED: Clearing of condensate line stoppages; evaporator/indoor coil cleaning, including acid cleaning; cleaning or unclogging services required to correct problems related to the lack of manufacturer recommended maintenance.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.
