XXXX OR GRADUATE SCHOOL REVIEW. (A) For Undergraduate Students Either party may appeal the department head’s decision in writing to the instructor's College Xxxx, with copies to the instructor, student and the department head. Such appeal will be filed within five (5) working days of receipt of the department head’s ’s determination. The Xxxx will submit a written decision to the student, instructor, and the department head within ten (10) working days of receipt of the appeal. The decision of the Xxxx is the final decision of the University in grievances concerning grades for undergraduate students. (B) For Graduate Students Either party may appeal the department head’s decision in writing to the Xxxx of the Graduate School, with copies to the instructor, student and the Department Head/Director. Such appeal will be filed within five (5) working days of receipt of the Department Head/Director's determination. The Xxxx of the Graduate School will discuss the appeal with the Xxxx of the student's academic college and will subsequently submit a written decision to the student, instructor, and the department head within ten (10) working days of receipt of the appeal. The decision of the Xxxx of the Graduate School is the final decision of the University in grievances concerning grades for graduate students.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.
