Xxxxxx Review. Issuer can reinvestigate and reevaluate any information Cardholder provided on Cardholder's credit application at any time, and in the course of doing so, Issuer may ask Cardholder for additional information, request credit bureau reports and/or otherwise verify Cardholder's current credit standing. This credit review may result in a rate change. You will be notified of any increase in your rate prior to the receipt of any monthly account statement.

Xxxxxx Review. 18.5.1 The employee and or CSEA shall have the right to request a "Xxxxxx" hearing with a review officer who is impartial and uninvolved with the disciplinary action, but who has the authority to sustain, modify in some specified way or rescind the charges. 18.5.2 After completing the "Xxxxxx" review, the review officer shall submit a written report to the District with a copy to the employee and CSEA. The report shall include a description of the charges, what was done in the course of the review and the reasons for the review officer's conclusion.

Xxxxxx Review. (1) In October of each year starting from 1999 a Tariff Review shall be conducted jointly by the Government and the Companies. Such Review shall be completed by the end of November of each Year. The Tariff Review will revise, if necessary, items (a), (b), (c), (g) and (i) of paragraph (3) of Section A hereof in respect of the then current and the Year next following. (2) As a result of the Tariff Review, (a) if the projected Basic Tariff Rate for the subsequent Year (“the updated Basic Tariff Rate”) is not higher than (i) 7 percent above the Basic Tariff Rate most recently approved for that Year by the Executive Council; and is not higher than (ii) a level likely to result in Excessive Cash And Bank Balances at the end of that Year then subject to paragraph (3) hereof Basic Tariff Rate adjustment calculations for that Year will be made in accordance with the revised figures pursuant to paragraph (1) hereof, no further Executive Council approval being necessary. (b) if the updated Basic Tariff Rate exceeds either of the limits set out in sub-paragraph (2)(a) hereof but does not exceed the limit set out in sub-paragraph (2)(a)(i) hereof by more than 7 percent, Executive Council’s approval of the updated plan will be required but no Financial Review will be necessary. (c) if the updated Basic Tariff Rate exceeds the limit stated in sub-paragraph 2(a)(i) hereof by more than 7 percent, a further Financial Review will be conducted as soon as possible. (3) In the event of the Government and the Companies failing to agree on the revision referred to in paragraph (1) hereof or of Executive Council’s approval being required in accordance with sub-paragraph (2)(b) or (2)(c) hereof, the Basic Tariff Rate as from 1 January next following may be adjusted if considered necessary by the Companies on an interim basis so that the limit stated in sub-paragraph (2)(a)(i) hereof will not be exceeded.” . (46) Section C of Schedule 3 shall be amended by replacing all references to “Auditing Review” with “Tariff Review” and by deleting the word “current” in both places where the words “updated current” are used. (47) Schedule 3 shall be amended by adding a new Section D at the end of Section C as follows :-

  • Program Review The State ECEAP Office will conduct a review of each contractor’s compliance with the ECEAP Contract and ECEAP Performance Standards every four years. The review will involve ECEAP staff and parents. After the Program Review, the State ECEAP Office will provide the contractor with a Program Review report. The contractor must submit an ECEAP Corrective Action Plan for non-compliance with ECEAP Performance Standards. The Plan must be approved by the State ECEAP Office.

  • Utilization Review NOTE: The Utilization Review process does not apply to Services that are not covered by Blue Shield because of a coverage determination made by Medicare. State law requires that health plans disclose to Subscribers and health plan providers the process used to authorize or deny health care services un- der the plan. Blue Shield has completed documen- tation of this process ("Utilization Review"), as required under Section 1363.5 of the California Health and Safety Code.   • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company. Prior to November 30th of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall communicate in writing the results of such review to Executive.

  • Independent Review Contractor shall provide the Secretary of ADS/CIO an independent expert review of any Agency recommendation for any information technology activity when its total cost is $1,000,000.00 or greater or when CIO requires one. The State has identified two sub-categories for Independent Reviews, Standard and Complex. The State will identify in the SOW RFP the sub-category they are seeking. State shall not consider bids greater than the maximum value indicated below for this category. Documentation of this independent review shall be included when plans are submitted for review pursuant to subdivisions (a)(9) and (10) of this section.   • Agreement Review If, pursuant to section 25.10 (Review of Agreement) of the Bilateral Agreement, the Bilateral Agreement is reviewed after three or five years, or both, of the effective date of the Bilateral Agreement, and any changes to the Bilateral Agreement are required as a result, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as necessary and in a manner that is consistent with such changes.
