All incinerators or other equipment for the storage or disposal of such material shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.

XXXXXXX AND REFUSE DISPOSAL. Trash and refuse disposal will be on an individual basis, lot by lot. The community shall not contain dumpsters or other forms of general or common trash accumulation except to facilitate development and house construc­tion. No Lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for trash. Rubbish, garbage and other waste shall be kept in sani­tary containers. All equipment for storage or disposal of such materials shall be kept clean and shall not be stored on any Lot in open public view. No rubbish, garbage or other waste shall be allowed to accumulate on any Lot. No homeowner or occupant of a Lot shall burn or bury any garbage or refuse. STORAGE TANKS. No gas, oil or other storage tanks shall be installed on any Lot. WATER SUPPLY AND SEWAGE SYSTEMS. No private or semi­private water supply or sewage disposal system may be located upon any Lot. No septic tank, absorption field or similar method of sewage disposal shall be located or constructed on any Lot. DITCHES AND XXXXXX. All owners, including builders, shall keep unobstructed and in good maintenance and repair all open storm water drainage ditches and xxxxxx which may be located on their respective Lots.

  • Garbage Disposal You are responsible for ensuring Your and Your guests’ rubbish is removed from the Room, Building and Common Property in a timely manner and properly deposited in the communal rubbish areas allocated by Us for collection. You must use all garbage chutes according to pasted instructions near chutes.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.

  • Waste Disposal Tenant shall store its waste either inside the Premises or within outside trash enclosures that are fully fenced and screened in compliance with all Private Restrictions, and designed for such purpose. All entrances to such outside trash enclosures shall be kept closed, and waste shall be stored in such manner as not to be visible from the exterior of such outside enclosures. Tenant shall cause all of its waste to be regularly removed from the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. Tenant shall keep all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in the Premises free and clear of all obstructions at all times.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.
