Xxxxxxx List. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of each current union xxxxxxx. The Union will maintain the list. The Employer will not recognize an employee as a union xxxxxxx if the employee’s name does not appear on the list.
Xxxxxxx List. The Union will provide the College with a written list of current union stewards. The College will not recognize an employee as a union xxxxxxx if the employee’s name does not appear on the list.
Xxxxxxx List. The union shall notify the company in writing of the names of the department stewards and the department each represents on each shift, together with the names of the chief stewards and the shift each represents and the names or other officers of the local union before the company shall be required to recognize them. The union shall also notify the company promptly when any of the designated stewards or officers cease to represent the union officially and shall supply the names of those submitted therefore.
Xxxxxxx List. The UNION shall furnish the DISTRICT with the name of any officers and shop xxxxxxx immediately after designation. Stewards will not be recognized by the DISTRICT until such a list is received in writing by the MANAGER.
Xxxxxxx List. The Union will provide the District with a written list of current Union stewards. The District will not recognize an employee as a Union xxxxxxx if the employee’s name does not appear on the list.
Xxxxxxx List. The Union shall furnish the Chief Human Resources Officerwith a list of all stewards and alternates, and shall also submit changes to the list as they occur. One (1) of the above Stewards shall be designated by the Union as the Chief Xxxxxxx and maintain the role as the principal spokesperson for the Stewards.
Xxxxxxx List. The Union shall provide the Employer with a written list of the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the stewards, Union officials, and other Union staff who are authorized to act on behalf of the Union and the extent of their authority. The list shall be updated by the Union after changes occur.
