Xxxxxxx Notification. The Union shall notify the school superintendent of the elected classification stewards. The authority of the stewards shall be limited to and shall not exceed the following duties, which may be performed during working hours on a reasonable basis, but which may not disrupt normal working schedules or normal school activities.
Xxxxxxx Notification. The Employer agrees to make a reasonable effort to notify a xxxxxxx prior to any meeting at which an employee has the right to have a xxxxxxx present. Any failure to so notify a xxxxxxx shall not affect the valid- ity of any action taken against an employee at or after such a meeting.

Chioini and Xxxxx will send a letter (with a copy to the Company) to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, notifying her that they have settled the Litigation and the Oakland County Litigation and stating that they do not believe that the continued pursuit of Orofino’s shareholder demand, dated May 18, 2018, or the costs of the Company responding thereto, is in the best interest of the Company.
Xxxxxxx Notification. When an employee presents his own grievance without intervention of a Union xxxxxxx, the xxxxxxx may, at the employee’s request, be given an opportunity to be present, and shall be allowed the time therefore, in accordance with this Contract, upon notification and approval of his Department Head or the Department Head’s designated representative, provided, however, the Department Head shall not unreasonably withhold approval.
