Xxxxxxx Release Time for Bargaining. The City will provide paid release time for a maximum of four (4) Union Officers and/or Union Stewards for the participation in contract negotiations. The release time paid by the City will not be in excess of any normal hours worked or generate any overtime payments.

  • SCOPE OF BARGAINING All matters pertaining to wages, hours or terms and other conditions of employment and the continuation, modification, or deletion of an existing provision of the Collective Bargaining Agreement are subject to collective bargaining between the parties.
