You also authorize us to obtain Your driving records from the jurisdiction that issued Your driver’s license and in any other jurisdiction that we desire. If You do not have a U.S driving license, You are not eligible to use our service. If You do not have a driver’s license from the jurisdiction in which You reside, failure to get one when required by applicable law constitutes Your breach of this Agreement. In addition, we reserve the right at any time to require You to demonstrate compliance with the licensing laws of Your jurisdiction of residence and/or to impose further policies regarding the obligation to be licensed in Your jurisdiction of residence. We also reserve the right to request additional information, such as a copy of a passport or proof of address at any time.
