You must A. make sure that anything you do under this Contract complies with all applicable laws; B. promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorised propagation, production, reproduction, sale or use of any grain or fodder; and C. if you plan to sell any property on which Seed or Retained Seed has been planted: 1. notify us and provide details of the purchaser; 2. make sure that it is a condition of sale that the purchaser takes over your obligations under this Contract; and 3. pay or have paid all EPRs due on any Harvested Material that is on the property at the date of sale.
You will 3.4.1 perform all your obligations under the Contract, 3.4.2 follow our reasonable instructions, 3.4.3 provide us with up-to-date information, cooperation, support, and access, at your cost, to enable us to perform our obligations under the Contract, 3.4.4 provide us with office, information technology, and telecommunications facilities (including full remote access), at your cost, to enable us to perform our obligations under the Contract, 3.4.5 supply on an ongoing basis, at your cost, all space, power supply access points, cables, trunking, electricity, air conditioning and any other facility as may be defined following the site survey required to receive the Installation Service and the Service, and 3.4.6 keep full and up-to-date secure backup copies of the data on the Network in accordance with good industry practice, and 3.4.7 comply with and maintain compliance with all such laws and regulations that relate to their provision of telecommunications and other products or services supplied by us.
You A. acknowledge that You Use the Licensed Varieties at your own risk; B. indemnify Us against all Loss incurred by Us and resulting from your Use of any Seed, Retained Seed or Harvested Material or any breach of this Contract.
FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s). This payment shall in no way limit or be construed as a payment in substitution for any other entitlement arising under Clause 38 of the award. Payments shall be as follows: ⮚ 1/3/03 $22.50 per day ⮚ 1/3/04 $23.40 per day ⮚ 1/3/05 $24.55 per day The cost of Citylink tolls or similar will be reimbursed for those employees who are required by the company to use their own vehicle during working hours, but not for travel to and from work.

Your obligations 4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a debit payment to be made in accordance with the Direct Debit Request.
First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.
First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums. b) Where a company is paying a bonus or premium(s) greater than set out above, it shall keep such policy in effect. c) Effective July 1, 1994, premiums for designated First Aid Tickets shall be: Xxxxx 0 - $0.85 per hour Xxxxx 0 - $0.50 per hour

When You Are Covered by More Than One Insurer A healthcare coverage plan is considered the primary plan and its benefits will be paid first if: • the plan does not use similar COB rules to determine coverage; or • the plan does not have a COB provision; or • The plan has similar the COB rules and is determined to be primary under the order of benefit determination rules described below. Benefits under another plan include all benefits that would be paid if claims had been initially submitted under that plan. The following factors are used to determine which plan is primary and which plan is • if you are the main subscriber or a dependent; • if you are married, which spouse was born earlier in the year; • the length of time each spouse has been covered under the plan; • if a parental custody or divorce decree applies; or • if Medicare is your other coverage then Medicare guidelines will apply.
