To withdraw your consent you must, access your E-Branch Banking account, select Settings, then Additional Services, and then E-Statements. Finally, select the desired member number to remove from E-Statements and save changes or you may contact a credit union representative to assist you with this change. If you withdraw your consent by the fifth (5) business day prior to the end of the statement cycle, your current (monthly/quarterly) periodic statement will be distributed to you in paper form. If it is not received within the above-mentioned time frame, your current (monthly/quarterly) periodic statement will be distributed to you in electronic form and subsequent statements will be distributed to you in paper form.

NOTE THAT UNSUBSCRIBING TO EMAILS FROM US USING ANY THIRD PARTY EMAIL PROVIDER TOOLS OR APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACTED ON TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC RECORDS. After we receive your withdrawal request (as provided hereunder) and have a reasonable period of time to act on it (but not longer than 30 days), you will receive future Records in paper form. There may be a fee for paper Records. Please refer to our current Schedule of Fees.
Your Right to Withdraw Consent. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, in connection with the statements and notices provided to you under the Agreement. We do not and cannot warrant that the service will operate without error, or that the service will be available at all times. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, or otherwise required by Law, you agree that our officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages under or by reason of any services or products provided under the Agreement or by reason of your use of the service, including loss of profits, revenue, data or use by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort or based on a warranty or any other legal theory.
Your Right to Withdraw Consent. Where the processing of your Personal Information by us is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us as described in “Contact Us” below. If your request or concern is not satisfactorily resolved by us, you may approach your local data protection authority (to your habitual residence, your place of work, or where the alleged infringement took place).
