YOUR SHOP. 1. We have sole discretion as to: i. the look, feel and content of the Site (including all shops); we will make recommendations to help you make this look professional and provide our customers with information they require to decide if they wish to purchase your products. ii. the inclusion, positioning, content, location and all other presentation of Seller Information (including in our sole discretion the right to remove any Seller Information from the Site at any time during the Term); and iii. the Product set live on the Site (including in our sole discretion the right to remove any Product from the Site in line with one or more of our Policies, or not allow a Product to be set live for sale on the Site). 2. You agree at all times to comply with all Policies and the Product Submission Process as updated by us from time to time. 3. Although you may request Customer Feedback in good faith, you agree not to review, nor engage any third party to review, Products appearing on your Shop. This prohibition includes, without limitation, paying for reviews or any other means of artificially increasing the number of reviews of Products on your Shop. 4. You may apply for multiple Shops, but please note that each request for an additional Shops must be made using the Registration Form and the application will be subject to our approval, to be confirmed by us in writing at our sole discretion. You will not be charged any additional Charges in respect of applying for additional Shops. 5. Each Shop contains up to 20 (twenty) listings as standard however that number can be extended at our discretion. 6. Any transfer of Shop ownership (including any transfer of ownership of your business e.g. a sale of more than 50% of the shares in your business or a sale of substantially all the assets of your business) must be agreed with us in writing at least 30 days beforehand, and you agree to provide us with the information set out in Clause 3A above in relation to the new Seller or new owner of your business. We will suspend the Shop while we verify the new Seller's or new owner's details, which shall include checking their eligibility and suitability to be listed on the Site. Where applicable, we will only provide access to the Service to a new Seller once they have agreed to enter into an agreement incorporating these Conditions. YOUR SHOP i. BoroughBox has absolute discretion as to the look, feel and content of the BoroughBox Website (including all Shops) as well as full and final say in the inclusion, positioning, location and all other presentation of Seller Information (including in BoroughBox’s sole discretion the right to remove any Seller Information from the BoroughBox Website at any time during the Conditions Term), and reserves the right to remove any Product from the BoroughBox Website at its sole discretion. ii. Quality of Presentation a. The Seller shall: i. ensure that its Shop maintains a high standard of presentation and at all times accords with any applicable guidelines notified to it from time to time by BoroughBox, including in relation to the form and content of copy and product imagery; ii. comply with reasonable instructions from BoroughBox concerning its Shop. b. Any failure to maintain suitably high standards of page presentation may result in the de- activation of the relevant Product Page(s) in the first instance. BoroughBox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deactivate the Seller’s Shop until standards have been improved.
YOUR SHOP i. FodaBox has absolute discretion as to the look, feel and content of the FodaBox Website (including all Shops) as well as full and final say in the inclusion, positioning, location and all other presentation of Seller Information (including in FodaBox’s sole discretion the right to remove any Seller Information from the FodaBox Website at any time during the Conditions Term), and reserves the right to remove any Product from the FodaBox Website at its sole discretion.

  • Your Children If your plan includes family coverage, each of your and your spouse’s children are eligible for coverage until the last day of the month in which they turn twenty-six (26). Please contact our Customer Service Department, to obtain the necessary form to verify the child’s disabled status. Periodically you may be asked to submit additional documents to confirm the child’s disabled status.

  • BRAND NAME OR EQUALS/DEVIATIONS Unless otherwise specified, the mention of a particular manufacturer’s brand name or number in the specifications does not imply that this particular good is the only one that will be considered for purchase. This reference is intended solely to designate the type or quality of good that will be acceptable. Equal offers will be considered and must include descriptive literature and/or specifications. Failure to provide descriptive literature and/or specifications with equal offers will result in the disqualification of the bid. The determination as to whether any alternate good or service is or is not equal shall be made solely by the County and such determination shall be final and binding upon all bidders. The County reserves the right to request and review additional information to make such a determination. Although the County provides for the consideration of alternate bids, it reserves the right to make an award in the best interest of the County. Award may not necessarily be given to the lowest bid offered. The Bidder shall be responsible for reading very carefully, and understanding completely, the requirements and the specifications of the items bid upon. Unless the bid is in response to a “Brand Name or Equal” requirement, deviations from the specifications will only be considered if requested in writing prior to the date and time specified for receipt of bids. Deviations, if accepted, will be specifically addressed in writing via an addendum to this Invitation for Bids. Any goods or services that are not in compliance with the specifications will not be accepted.
