Youth Supervision Clause Samples
The Youth Supervision clause establishes requirements for overseeing minors involved in activities or services covered by the agreement. It typically mandates that responsible adults or supervisors be present whenever youth participants are engaged, and may specify qualifications or background checks for supervisors. This clause ensures the safety and well-being of minors, addressing legal and ethical obligations to protect young participants from harm or inappropriate conduct.
Youth Supervision. At all Bar and Bat Mitzvah parties, and any other youth party, Renter shall provide one or more persons age 16 or over for every 25 children in attendance to ensure that all children are supervised at all times.

At all Bar and Bat Mitzvah parties, and any other youth party, Renter shall provide at least one person age 18 or over ( i.e. a “chaperone”), who is not an invited guest at the event, for every 25 children in attendance to ensure that all children are supervised at all times. The names of the supervisors must be provided to the Rinat office at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. In the event Renter does not provide the names of duly designated chaperone(s), Rinat reserves the right to contract with an appropriate number of chaperones at Renter’s expense. In all cases, you are responsible for any damage to the building or facilities caused by guests or workers.
