サブスクリプション サービス. Red Hat sells subscriptions that entitle you to receive Red Hat services and/or Software during the period of the subscription (generally, one or three years). This Appendix to the Order Form describes the “Subscription Services” that Red Hat provides for: • Software product offerings (these subscriptions are called “Software Subscriptions”); subscriptions are called “Support Subscriptions”); and • Software delivery and management services offerings (these subscriptions are called “Management Subscriptions”). The Exhibits to this Appendix provide additional terms concerning the Subscription Services. Whether you purchase Subscription Services from us or though one of our authorized Business Partners, we agree to provide you with the Subscription Services on the terms described in this Appendix, which includes the Exhibits and documents referred to in this Appendix (together, the “Appendix”). In exchange, you agree to comply with the terms of the Agreement, including this Appendix. When we use a capitalized term in this Appendix without defining it, the term has the meaning defined in the Agreement to which this Appendix applies, such as the Red Hat Enterprise Agreement. In the event of a conflict, inconsistency or difference between this Appendix and an Exhibit to this Appendix, the terms of the Exhibit control.

  • Program Funding Upon entry into force of this Compact, MCC will grant to the Government, under the terms of this Compact, an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Eight Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (US$408,850,000) to support the Program (“Program Funding”). The allocation of Program Funding is generally described in Annex II to this Compact.

  • Redeployment Committee At each Hospital a Redeployment Committee will be established not later than two (2) weeks after the notice referred to in 9.08 and will meet thereafter as frequently as is necessary.

  • Special Education Special education services, related services, and accommodations for students who are eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any applicable provisions of state law, shall be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal law, this Agreement and Authorizer rules and policies. The Authorizer is the LEA for purposes of ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and all other federal and state laws and regulations concerning accommodation of and education of students with disabilities.

  • SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.

  • Special Education Teachers Elementary/Secondary Special Education Coordinators shall be compensated for an extended work day in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000).

  • Redeployment Employees may be redeployed to a new job at the same or lower salary in the same or new location. 26.8.1 Where the new job is at a lower salary, an equalisation allowance will be paid to preserve the salary of the employee at the rate paid in the old job at the time of redeployment. The employer can preserve the salary in the following ways: a) A lump sum to make up for the loss of basic pay for the next two years (this is not abated by any subsequent salary increases); or b) An ongoing allowance for two years equivalent to the difference between the present salary and the new salary (this is abated by any subsequent salary increases). 26.8.2 Where the new job is within the same local area and extra travelling costs are involved, actual additional travelling expenses by public transport shall be reimbursed for up to 12 months. 26.8.3 The redeployment may involve employees undertaking some on-the-job training.

  • Research Funding (a) During each Collaboration Term and in connection with any wind-down activities contemplated by Section 13.4. Gilead shall reimburse Hookipa for all Out-of-Pocket Costs actually incurred (with no markup) by Hookipa in connection with the applicable Program, to the extent specifically contemplated in the applicable Research Plan and in accordance with the applicable Research Budget. Gilead shall reimburse the undisputed amount of such Out-of-Pocket Costs incurred in a [***] within [***] days after receipt from Hookipa of an invoice therefor issued within [***] days after the end of such [***]. (b) During each Collaboration Term for a Program, Gilead shall reimburse Hookipa at the FTE Rate for the costs of any FTEs (not to exceed the number of FTEs specified in the applicable Research Plan for such Program for any period without first obtaining, in each case, Gilead’s prior written consent) actually performing activities allocated to Hookipa under such Research Plan. Hookipa shall provide to Gilead, within [***] days after the end of each [***] during each Collaboration Term, a report indicating the number of FTEs actually provided by Hookipa with respect to each Program during such [***], Hookipa shall use standard industry systems and processes to record the number of hours and FTEs actually applied to each Program, which systems and processes shall be consistently and equitably applied to all Hookipa research programs with Third Parties. Gilead shall reimburse Hookipa the undisputed amount for such FTE costs incurred in a [***] within [***] days after receipt from Hookipa of an invoice therefor issued within [***] days after the end of each [***]. (c) For clarity, Gilead shall not be obligated to reimburse Hookipa for any costs or expenses incurred by Hookipa in the course of its activities under the Programs, other than: (i) those costs and expenses expressly identified in this Section 9.6 or elsewhere in this Agreement; (ii) reimbursement for the supply of Licensed Products to Gilead in accordance with the terms of any supply agreement entered into by the Parties pursuant to Section 7.2; or (iii) any other costs and expenses approved by Gilead in writing in advance.

  • Academic Program A. Upon successful completion of the major requirements, as indicated below, SDSU will accept 48 technical course credits from the A.A.S. degree in Library Technician. Additional transferable system general education credits may be earned at WDT and may be transferred to SDSU. Students must meet all Board of Regents policies and university graduation requirements in order to receive a degree. B. Requirements to be completed at SDSU to earn a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in General Studies are outlined below. The general education coursework to meet South Dakota Regental System’s General Education Requirements (SGR) must also be completed as outlined below. This coursework may be taken at WDT if equivalent courses are available.   • Income Collection, Transaction Processing, Account Administration of a basis point per annum on the average net assets of the Fund.

  • STUDENT TUITION RECOVERY FUND You must pay the state-imposed assessment for the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) if the following applies to you: 1. You are a student in an educational program, who is a California resident, or are enrolled in a residency program, and prepay all of part of your tuition either by cash, guaranteed student loans, or personal loans, and 2. Your total charges are not paid by any third-party payer such as an employer, government program or other payer unless you have a separate agreement to repay the third party. You are not eligible for protection from the STRF and you are not required to pay the STRF assessment if either of the following applies: 1. You are not a California resident, or are not enrolled in a residency program, or 2. Your total charges are paid by a third party, such as an employer, government program or other payer, and you have no separate agreement to repay the third party. The State of California created the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) to relieve or mitigate economic losses suffered by students in educational programs who are California residents, or are enrolled in a residency programs attending certain schools regulated by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education. You may be eligible for STRF if you are a California resident or are enrolled in a residency program, prepaid tuition, paid the STRF assessment, and suffered an economic loss as a result of any of the following: 1. The school closed before the course of instruction was completed. 2. The school’s failure to pay refunds or charges on behalf of a student to a third party for license fees or any other purpose, or to provide equipment or materials for which a charge was collected within 180 days before the closure of the school. 3. The school’s failure to pay or reimburse loan proceeds under a federally guaranteed student loan program as required by law or to pay or reimburse proceeds received by the school prior to closure in excess of tuition and other costs. 4. There was a material failure to comply with the Act or this Division within 30 days before the school closed or, if the material failure began earlier than 30 days prior to closure, the period determined by the Bureau. 5. An inability after diligent efforts to prosecute, prove, and collect on a judgment against the institution for a violation of the Act.
