INITIAL PROVISIONS. 1. The Ordering Party as the national destination agency in the area of supporting development of tourism in the Slovak Republic gives priority to promoting and presenting the Slovak Republic abroad, and in Slovakia as a target country of tourism. Based on the marketing research into the tourism market within its mission and scope of activities provides marketing and promotional activities aimed at broadening and increasing the presentation levels of possibilities of tourism in Slovakia and support of the sale of tourism products.
INITIAL PROVISIONS. 1.1 These are the general business terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GBTC") of DS Xxxxx Turpak Obaly, a.s., having its registered office at Robotnícka 1, 036 80 Martin, ID No.: 31 562116, of DS Xxxxx Packaging Slovakia s.r.o., having its registered office at Námestie baníkov 8/31, 048 01 Rožňava, ID No.: 31 719 406, and of DS Xxxxx Packaging sp. z o.o. organizačná zložka Slovensko (organisational unit in Slovakia) having its registered office at: Xxxxxxxxxx 000, 019 01 Ilava, ID No.: 43 991 564 (collectively referred to as "DS Xxxxx"), which are an integral part of and annexed to a purchase order/contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), in which DS Xxxxx acts as the Client. 1.2 The individual provisions of the GBTC shall not be applied either if it is agreed otherwise in the Contract (as defined in section 273 (2) of the Act No. 513/1991 Coll., as amended, hereinafter referred to as the "Commercial Code" or "ComC"), or if the use of the GBTC is expressly ruled out in the Contract. 1.3. At the moment of entry into force of the Contract, the Supplier is bound by these GBTC and expresses its consent herewith. The Contracting Parties shall accept that upon entry into force of this Contract their mutual business obligational relationship is governed by the Contract and these GBTC. 1.4 Upon entry into force of the Contract, the Contractor is also bound by the binding internal guidelines of DS Xxxxx, which are an integral part annexed to these GBTC, namely: a) Code of Conduct b) Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy c) Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy d) Corporate Criminal Offence (Anti-Facilitation of Tax Evasion) Policy e) Gifts and Hospitality Policy f) Sanctions Policy g) Global supplier standards (consent of supplier with the global standards) h) DS Xxxxx Group tax strategy i) Safety instructions for external company j) Health and safety inspection at external suppliers k) Safety instructions for employees of external companies l) Supplier Management Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “internal guidelines”). At the moment of entry into force of the Contract, the Contractor expresses its consent with internal guidelines and agrees to comply with them. 1.5 DS Xxxxx is entitled to update or modify the GBTC as well as internal guidelines on an ongoing basis. INITIAL PROVISIONS. 1.1. The Seller acknowledges that he is an obliged person, pursuant to § 2 letter e) of Act No. 320/2001 Coll., on Financial Control in Public Administration, as amended, which means that he shall be required to provide any and all necessary cooperation during financial controls or audits. This obligation extends to all parts of this agreement and all related documents pertaining hereto or performance hereunder, including those parts which may enjoy special protection pursuant to other regulation (i.e. incl. commercial secrets and classified information) provided that all legal requirements for their disclosure will have been met. The Seller hereby undertakes to bind any of his potential subcontractors to become subject to this obligation. 1.2. The Seller acknowledges that the Buyer considers the Seller’s participation in the tender, provided that he has met all qualification criteria, as constituting sufficient confirmation that the Seller will be able to act, within the meaning of § 5 para 1 Civil Code,
INITIAL PROVISIONS. 1.1. The Provider is authorized to provide payment services on the basis of a certificate on registration ref. No.: 2017/061698/CNB/570 issued by the Czech National Bank. The Provider is authorized to provide payment services under the provisions of Section 3 art. 1 c), e) and f) of Act on Financial Relations.
INITIAL PROVISIONS. 1.1 As a result of the merger of the company DS Xxxxx Turpak Obaly, a.s., having its registered seat at Robotnícka 1, 036 80 Martin, Slovak Republic, Identification No. (IOO): 31 562 116 and the company DS Xxxxx Packaging Slovakia s.r.o. having its registered seat at Námestie baníkov 8/31, 048 01 Rožňava, Slovak Republic, Identification No. (IOO): 31 719 406, effective as of 1 May 2024, DS Xxxxx Packaging Slovakia s.r.o. ceased to exist without liquidation and its legal successor became the company DS Xxxxx Turpak Obaly, a.s. All rights and obligations passed from the dissolving company DS Xxxxx Packaging Slovakia s.r.o. to the successor company DS Xxxxx Turpak Obaly, a.s. on 1 May 2024. 1.2 Based on the Agreement on Sale of Part of Enterprise concluded between the company DS Xxxxx Packaging sp. z o.o., having its registered seat at UI.
