Common use of Ancillary Services Request Clause in Contracts

Ancillary Services Request. 18.1. In applying and obtaining a Loan, the Customer is not obliged to choose any Ancillary Services. Should the Customer opt to apply for an Additional Service, he/she is at liberty to choose Ancillary Services in two different ways: 18.1.1. On the Website; 18.1.2. Via durable medium (including e-mail and text message). 18.2. By choosing Ancillary Services, the Customer merely asks Novum to upgrade the service provided in the Credit Terms and Conditions. Novum will accept or reject that request according to Clauses 3.8 and 3.9.
