Cancellations. 4.1. If a User is unable to use the booked vehicle, a cancellation may be made.

Cancellations. 3.1 We recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover cancellation costs. We accept the following conditions for cancellations. Incase of deviations you will be informed on the booking confirmation.
Cancellations. 1. Cancellations must be made online or via e-mail in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in the booking confirmation email. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you via email.
Cancellations. Cancellation of booked services can be made online via the customer’s account by using the ‘Cancellation’ button under ‘My bookings’, or in writing to xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx.xxx, including booking confirmation details. No fee will be charged for cancellations made at least seven days before the date booked. If the customer cancels and no cancellation fee is incurred, then the MM is obliged to return any payment received from the customer to them within 30 days of the date the MM was informed of the cancellation. The MM will make the refund using the same method of payment used by the customer during the original transaction. For late cancellations or failure to appear, a cancellation fee of €75 per planned guided tour will be charged. Likewise, the customer must inform the MM of any changes to the number of participants at least seven days before the planned event. Failure to do so will result in the full cost of the original number of participants booked being charged. An increase in the number of participants will raise costs in line with the current price list.

This is compulsory as otherwise the notice periods deter- mined by the publishers or the like cannot be com- plied with and therefore a valid cancellation could not be guaranteed and additional costs for the Cus- tomer might arise. EBSCO shall, on request inform the Customer about the accordingly possible dates for cancellations.

Partial deliveries of a call­off order must be called off within the agreed period, otherwise we will arrange for the corresponding deliveries and invoicing. We reserve the right to deviate from illustrations, weights, measurement tables and descriptions or other such information, provided that this is shown to be expedient in the execution of the order and the use of the goods by the customer is not impaired thereby.
