Charges to User. 5.1 When requesting or using the Transportation Services via the FREE NOW Platform, Users acknowledge and accept that such request or use may result in charges to him/her. Charges for Transportation Services include fares and other applicable fees, taxes and other costs, plus any gratuities to the driver that the User chooses to pay (“Charges”). Charges related to Other Mobility Services are defined in the applicable Supplemental Agreements.
Charges to User. 5.1 When requesting or using the Mobility Services through the FREE NOW Platform, the Contractual Partner acknowledges and accepts that such request or use may result in charges vis-a-vis a Transportation Operator or payment provider, but also vis-a-vis FREE NOW. The Contractual Partner also acknowledges and accepts that requests for the use of Mobility Services made by Authorized Users through the FREE NOW Platform may result in charges for itself, if the Authorized User does not pay such charges. Charges for Mobility Services include fares and other applicable fees, taxes and other applicable costs, plus any gratuities to the driver that the Authorized User chooses to pay. Charges applicable for the use of Mobility Services include the items detailed in the general terms and conditions and pricing policies of the Partners concerned.
