Common use of Darlehensbetrag Clause in Contracts

Darlehensbetrag. 4.1 Der Crowd- Investor leistet einen Darlehensbetrag in Höhe des auf der Website bzw. am Angebotsschreiben von ihm gewählten Betrages (nachstehend als „Darlehensbetrag" bezeichnet). Der Darlehensbetrag ist vom Crowd-Investor bei Stellung seines Angebots schuldbefreiend an das auf der Website bekanntgegebene Bankkonto der Gesellschaft zu bezahlen. Nach entsprechendem Eingang des vom Crowd-Investor zu leistenden Darlehensbetrags hat die Gesellschaft im Fall der Angebotsannahme keine weiteren Ansprüche gegen den Crowd-Investor auf Einzahlungen (KEINE NACHSCHUSSPFLICHT). 4 Loan Amount 4.1 The Crowd-investor grants a loan in the amount (hereinafter referred to as "Loan amount") that the Crowd- investor choses on the Website or on the subscription form. The Loan amount shall be paid with a discharging effect by the Crowd-investor to the bank account of the Company stated on the Website when submitting his offer. After receipt of the Loan amount payable by the Crowd-investor's loan, the Company shall have no further claims for payments (NO LIABILITY FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS) against the Crowd-investor. 5
