Disciplinary measures. The supplier shall treat all personnel with dignity and respect. The supplier shall not engage in or tolerate the use of corporal punish- ment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse of personnel.
Disciplinary measures. 11.1. The school provider has issued separate School Policies, the current versions of which form part of the Enrolment or Re-enrolment Contract. The parents are obliged to encourage the student to adhere to the School Policies. In the event of conflicts and disruption, the school can take legally permitted educational and disciplinary measures against the student. In the event of a particularly severe violation of the School Policies, the school is entitled to exclude the student from the school. No refund of tuition fees is possible in such cases.
