Enrolment. 5.1. If the school offers enrolment, it sends the parents an Enrolment Contract by post or via to the e-mail address provided.
Enrolment. 2.1 I hereby elect to participate in the Plan. In connection therewith I hereby authorize my Employer to deduct the amount as indicated on this Participation Agreement from my net base pay on each monthly payday and to contribute such amount to my Cash Sub Account.
