Liability for defects (warranty). 13.1. Claims due to defects are initially limited to rectification of de- fects or new delivery, whereby we have the right to choose in this re- spect. In the case of work performances or work deliveries, we may, at our discretion, either rectify the defect or produce a new work. Only if the subsequent performance fails or if we refuse it or if it is unrea- sonable for the customer can the customer assert further rights, in particular a reduction in price.
