Common use of Loan Agreement Process Clause in Contracts

Loan Agreement Process. 4.1. Any Loan requires that Novum and the Customer enter into a Loan Agreement. The Customer submits a Loan Application (as per previous Clause) to start the Loan Agreement process. Novum has full and absolute discretion as to whether or not to enter into a Loan Agreement with the Customer irrespective of prior acceptances of any earlier Loan Application from the same Customer/any previous Loan Agreements (no obligation to contract) until Novum has accepted the offer of the Customer for the current Loan according to Clause 4.5.
