Common use of Loan Product and Services Clause in Contracts

Loan Product and Services. 7.1. The currency applicable to Loans and any interest, fees or other payments shall be Euro (€). 7.2. When applying for a Loan, the Customers may choose between the different Loan Amounts ranging from one hundred Euro (€100) to six hundred Euro (€600) and different types of loans, namely Bullet Loans and Instalment Loans. 7.3. In respect of each Loan, Novum will charge the Loan Interest specified in Annex 1 (Loan Interest). 7.4. In case the Customer opts for an Instalment Loan, an additional fee shall be charged, in accordance with Part B (Optional Ancillary Services applicable to customers in Germany) and Annex 2 below. 7.5. The Customer may also opt for a prioritised handling of his/her Loan Application (Speedy Track procedure) which means Cashper shall prioritize the Loan application and disburse the Loan within 24 hours after conclusion of the Loan agreement. In case the Customer opts for such procedure, an additional Speedy-Track Fee shall be charged, in accordance with Annex 2 below.
