Common use of Loan Product and Services Clause in Contracts

Loan Product and Services. 7.1. The currency applicable to Loans and any interest, fees or other payments shall be Euro (€). 7.2. When applying for a Loan, Customers may choose between the different Loan Amounts ranging from one hundred Euro (€100) to three thousand Euro (€3,000) and different types of loans, namely Bullet Loans and Instalment Loans. 7.3. Novum calculates for each Loan the Interest rates indicated in Annex 1 (Loan Interest). 7.4. In case the Customer opts for an Instalment Loan, an additional fee will be charged, in accordance with Part B (Optional Ancillary Services applicable to customers in Germany) and Annex 2 (Ancillary Services) below. 7.5. The Customer may also opt for a preferential disbursement of his/her Loan (Speedy Payment) which means Novum will disburse the Amount of the Loan preferentially, i.e. at the latest on the next Business Day after conclusion of the Loan Agreement. In case the Customer opts for such procedure, an additional Speedy-Track Fee shall be charged, in accordance with Annex 2 below.
