Prices. 1. Our prices are net ex works unless agreed otherwise. VAT applicable on the date of delivery is added to our prices. 2. We are bound to the price agreed for an order for four months from the conclusion of the contract. For agreed longer delivery periods, we are entitled to apply an additional surcharge on the basis of our original price calculation proportional to any increase in the cost of materials or wages. 3. Packaging and freight costs are invoiced in addition. Pallets on loan shall remain our property and must be returned in perfect condition with the next delivery. If this does not take place within a month of the original delivery, we shall charge our cost price.
