Repair. Once your defective product is delivered to us, we first check your problem description and determine if warranty is applicable or a fee-based service is required. In case of a free repair we handle it as quickly as possible. Sign the customer service form to confirm the service charge up to a maximum of 200,00 € (net, time, materials and return shipping costs) in case of chargeable repairs.The real amount of the repair costs will be decided by the responsible technician. In Chargeable repairs must be paid in advance. In this case you will receive an proforma invoice. If the repair costs exceed the amount of 200,00 €, we will get in touch with you.
