Final Provision a) Should individual provisions of the contract with the Customer, including these general terms and conditions, be rendered or become ineffec- tive either in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of the provisions. The fully or partially ineffective regulation shall be replaced by a regulation, the economic success of which comes as close as possible to the ineffective regulation.
b) The place of fulfilment for delivery and payment shall be Ybbsitz only. The District Court at Waidhofen an der Ybbs is agreed as being the sole place of jurisdiction in the case of all disputes arising directly or indirectly from this contractual relationship. In the case of consumers, § 14 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act shall apply.
c) Austrian law shall apply at all times to the contractual relationships between the Customer and ourselves. The provisions of the UN Conven- tion on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply, notwithstanding the mandatory provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act.
d) Changes or amendments to these General Terms and Conditions or to the contracts concluded on the basis of these shall be made in writing in order to be rendered effective. This also applies to this formal requirement being waived.
e) The mandatory rights of a consumer according to the Austrian Consumer Protection Act shall, however, not be limited to all of the provisions mentioned above.
Final Provision. By signing, the client confirms that they have truthfully completed the health questionnaire and have acknowledged and accepted the terms and conditions.
Final Provision. Should a court find any provision to be void or illegal, even where such a finding is due to statutory changes, the validity of the remaining provisions hereof shall in no way be affected.

Final Provision. 14.1. The supplier is not entitled to use subcontract- tors without the prior written agreement of Mandrops.
14.2. The place of fulfilment is determined in line with the delivery address provided by Mandrops in the relevant order.
14.3. The exclusive court of jurisdiction for all dis- putes from the business relationship is agreed to be the court responsible for Mandrops head office.
14.4. The national law of the country in which Man- drops has its head office applies. The applica- bility of the UN Convention on Con- tracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the provisions of collision law that would demand the application of another legal system are ex- cluded.
14.5. Should a provision of these PT&C be or become void, the validity of the remaining provisions of the PT&C shall not be affected. The statutory provision shall replace the ineffective provision. If there is no statutory provision the ineffective provision is to be replaced by one that comes closest to the desired economic result. This also applies to the existence of contractual gaps.
Final Provision. If any provisions of the contract should be or become invalid the validity of the contract shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby.
Final Provision. These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in English and in the applicable local language(s). In the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail.
