Abandonment Deadline definition

Abandonment Deadline is defined in Section 14.3. “ADA” is defined in Section 3.3.
Abandonment Deadline means the earlier of the expiration date of this Lease and delivery to Tenant of written notice that such property remains at the Premises, or five (5) days following an earlier termination date and delivery to Tenant of written notice that such property remains at the Premises, or three (3) business days following entry of an order of possession for restoration of the Premises to Landlord; subject however, to the provisions and requirements of any applicable California laws relating to abandoned property in a leasehold.
Abandonment Deadline is defined in Section 5.5 of this Lease.

  • Within 5 days of making the decision to abandon the application, and not later than 30 days in advance of the Abandonment Deadline, Licensor shall notify Licensee of the decision to abandon the application.

More Definitions of Abandonment Deadline

Abandonment Deadline means ten (10) calendar days after the earlier of: (a) the expiration date or any earlier termination date of this Lease; or (b) the entry of an order of possession for restoration of the Leased Premises to Lessor.

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Election Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3.

  • Renewal Deadline means the third anniversary of the initial effective time of the Registration Statement.

  • Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.
