Acceptance Test Procedure. (“ATP”) means the process of measurement, examination, and other activities required to verify that a Deliverables supplied by the Supplier is in accordance with the Purchase Order including all applicable specifications;
Acceptance Test Procedure or “ATP” shall mean the specification of all tests to be performed on the Software Product and the criteria for approval of such tests to verify that the Software Product operates on the Hardware Configuration, in conformance with the Functional Specification and technical requirements specified in Schedule 2 and 3, and that the Software Product supports trading in the Delivered Financial Products, specified in Schedule 1.
