Account Reactivation Fee definition

Account Reactivation Fee means, with respect to any Receivable, a fee imposed by the Servicer as a result of an installment payment that is past due, including, but not limited to, a fee denominated as an Account Reactivation Fee in the Related Documents.
Account Reactivation Fee means the fee charged to a business licence account when a Licensee requests that a business licence account be reactivated:

It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Mandatory Guest Fee means any separate fee that a patron or guest is charged for in addition to the base room rate for a guest room, including but not limited to resort fees, facility fees, destination fees, amenity fees, urban destination fees, or any other similar fee.
