Accrued Bonuses definition

Accrued Bonuses has the meaning set forth in definition of “Debt”.
Accrued Bonuses means the amount equal to that percentage of budgeted annual bonuses for Source's fiscal year 1998 equal to the ratio of the earnings of Source through the date of calculation to budgeted earnings for the full fiscal year. All budgeted amounts used herein to be as set forth in Schedule 5.5 of the Source Disclosure Memorandum.
Accrued Bonuses means the accrued bonus payments due to Company employees as of the date hereof.

Examples of Accrued Bonuses in a sentence

  • Participants who are not Senior Executives shall not be charged or otherwise assessed for negative Accrued Bonuses nor shall such Participants have any portion of their Accrued Bonuses banked.

  • All positive Accrued Bonuses of Participants who are not Senior Executives for the Plan Year shall be paid in cash, less amounts required by law to be withheld for income and employment tax purposes, on or before the end of the second month following the end of the Plan Year in which the Accrued Bonus was earned.

  • All positive Accrued Bonuses of Participants who are not Executive Officers for the Plan Year shall be paid in full, less amounts required by law to be withheld for income and employment tax purposes, not later than December 31 following the end of the Plan Year in which the Accrued Bonus was earned.

  • Participants who are not Executive Officers shall not be charged or otherwise assessed for negative Accrued Bonuses nor shall such Participants have any portion of their Accrued Bonuses banked.

  • Participants who are not Executive Officers shall not have any portion of their Accrued Bonuses banked.

Accrued Bonuses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.23(a).
Accrued Bonuses means the amount equal to that percentage of budgeted annual bonuses which shall equal the ratio of the earnings of the Joint Venture Interest through the Closing Date to budgeted earnings for the full fiscal year. All budgeted amounts used herein to be as set forth in Schedule 4.2(b) of the Source Disclosure Memorandum.
Accrued Bonuses means any and all unpaid bonuses that may be attributable to any fiscal year (or such other period for which bonus awards relate, as applicable) of Seller, an Affiliate of Seller or the Business that ends prior to the Closing, which bonuses would otherwise be earned by a New Buyer Employee but for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement if the New Buyer Employee remained employed in good standing with Seller or an Affiliate of Seller until the time of payment of such bonus.
Accrued Bonuses means, with respect to a specified Participant and a specified Award Cycle, the sum of all bonuses accrued by that Participant with respect to all Plan Years within that Award Cycle, plus interest credited on such amounts in accordance with Paragraph 4(d).
