Action Request definition

Action Request means any request from any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Law whereby such body or agency requests that the Person requested takes action or steps or does acts or things in respect of any Property in its charge, management or control to remediate a matter which is not or is alleged not to be in compliance with all Environmental Laws, except where such non-compliance would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Action Request or "AR" means any written or verbal request by Client or notification generated by an OXDH automated Solution monitoring utility for Client Services to investigate and respond to a query, suspected Error, or any other issue relating to the Solution;
Action Request means a request under Subsection 11-58-403(1)(b) for the appeals

Related to Action Request

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Extension Request means any Term Loan Extension Request or a Revolver Extension Request, as the case may be.
