Client Services. Contractor will provide safety net services to twenty three hundred (2300) unduplicated individuals and families per year for the term of this Agreement in the following service areas. On a quarterly basis Contractor will report the actual number of unduplicated individuals provided services in the following categories: Emergency Material Assistance, Emergency Shelter Services, and Case Management to provide those services. Definitions for and additional information regarding each category set forth below are located in the Core Services Procedure Manual at Section 15 Glossary, page 318. Contractor and County agree that the definitions set forth in the Glossary of the Core Services Manual are incorporated by reference as it is fully set forth in this Agreement. The Contractor will provide the following services, supporting activities and related information from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013.
A. Contacts with residents of the County by phone, walk-in or outreach.
B. Comprehensive Needs Assessments.
C. Emergency Material Assistance (food, clothing, shelter, infant needs and transportation) based on a comprehensive Needs Assessment that identifies need.
Client Services. Marketing 360® will provide the Services outlined in your Service Agreement governed by these Terms of Service. You may add additional one-time or recurring products and services at any time during the life of this Agreement. You may add services by either verbally communicating the request to your Marketing Executive/Marketing 360® representative or communicating your request via email. Unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing, any and all products and services added during the Term shall be governed by this Agreement. For the purpose of this Agreement, a Client who is current on its monthly Marketing 360® Base Platform payment, as outlined in its Service Agreement, is considered a “Marketing Client,” any Client who has not contracted for the Marketing 360® platform or who is not current on its monthly Marketing 360® Base Platform payment will be considered a “Non-Marketing Client.”
Client Services. Case: An individual who has been diagnosed by a health care provider, as defined in OAR 333-017-0000, as having a reportable disease, infection, or condition, as described in OAR 333-018-0015, or whose illness meets defining criteria published in OHA’s Investigative Guidelines.

D1 The Client will provide the services related to the Project as selected (by being checked off), described and assigned to the Client in SCHEDULE A –SERVICES MATRIX (the "Client Services"). D2 The Client has retained, or intends to retain, the services of the following third party consultants ("Other Consultants") to assist it in providing the Others Services as selected (by being checked off), described and assigned to Others in SCHEDULE A –SERVICES MATRIX: D3 The Client has or will authorize the person(s) identified in Section A3 to act as its representative with respect to the Project. Such person(s) may be changed from time to time by the Client. The Client will provide notice of any such change to the Development Consultant. D4 The Client will use its reasonable efforts to keep the Development Consultant apprised of major decisions it makes in connection with the Project, in so far as such decisions are pertinent to the Consultant Services to be provided by the Development Consultant. D5 The Client will provide to the Development Consultant copies of records showing monies received and disbursements made by the Client in connection with the Project.
