Active Target definition

Active Target means: (a) during the Research Collaboration Term, any Collaboration Target, except as otherwise set forth in Sections 4.1.5, 4.2.7, 7.1.3(b)(iii), 7.1.3(e), and/or 7.2.6; (b) during the Development Collaboration Term, any Collaboration Target for which there is a Candidate Selection Compound, except as otherwise set forth in Sections 4.1.5, 4.2.7, 7.1.3(c)(iv), 7.1.3(e), and/or 7.2.6; or (c) after the expiration of the Development Collaboration Term and continuing until the expiration of the Term, any Collaboration Target, except as otherwise set forth in Sections 4.1.5, 4.2.7, 7.1.3(d)(iii), 7.1.3(e), and/or 7.2.6 for which: (i) there is a Collaboration Compound subject to diligence obligations pursuant to Article 9; or (ii) there is not a Collaboration Compound subject to diligence obligations pursuant to Article 9, but (A) there is a Collaboration Compound that has met the Lead Generation Criteria during the Research Collaboration Term or the Development Collaboration Term, and (B) such Collaboration Target is identified as an Active Target by mutual written agreement of the Parties prior to [***] after the expiration of the Development Collaboration Term.
Active Target means a C3 Optimization Target for which ICOS has provided reasonable written notice to Array as described in Section 3.1 of this C3 Agreement, that such C3 Optimization Target shall be included in the C3 Optimization Program and for which a C3 Optimization Plan shall be produced. For the purpose of this definition reasonable notice shall be thirty (30) days unless the party's have agreed to a shorter period of notice either by written C3 Agreement or by the Parties performance.
Active Target means a High Interest Target, or Collaboration Target, as applicable, with respect to which, at the time in question, one or more of the following is true:

More Definitions of Active Target

Active Target means any target that is [***] a Collaboration Derived Product (for which RBNC or its Affiliate has an Active Program) as such Collaboration Derived Product’s [***].

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Independent candidate means any candidate who claims not to be affiliated with a political party, and whose name has been certified on the office-type ballot at a general or special election through the filing of a statement of candidacy and nominating petition, as prescribed in section 3513.257 of the Revised Code.

  • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.
