Activity support means the support allocated from the state budget through the budget of the Ministry of Education and Research to an educational institution for the provision of instruction at the level of higher education, the aim of which is to create equal possibilities for studying to all capable and motivated students and to ensure the financial resources necessary for an educational institution in order to achieve its mission, objective and functions;
