Additional Note Guarantor definition

Additional Note Guarantor has the meaning assigned to it in Section 10.7.
Additional Note Guarantor means any Person that executes a supplemental indenture in the form set forth in Exhibit E hereto, and its respective successors and assigns, in each case, until the Note Guarantee of such Person has been released in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.
Additional Note Guarantor means New Sunward Holding.

More Definitions of Additional Note Guarantor

Additional Note Guarantor means Empresas Tolteca, CEMEX Concretos and/or New Sunward Holding.
Additional Note Guarantor means a company that becomes an Additional Note Guarantor in accordance with Clause 28 (Changes to the Obligors) of the Financing Agreement.
Additional Note Guarantor shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 10.1.
Additional Note Guarantor means CEMEX Concretos, S.A. de C.V.

Related to Additional Note Guarantor

  • Additional Subsidiary Guarantor means each Person that becomes a Subsidiary Guarantor after the Closing Date by execution of an Accession Agreement as provided in Section 6.12.

  • Note Guaranty means the guaranty of the Notes by a Guarantor pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.02 and 4.09 hereof, as part of the same series as the Initial Notes.

  • Note Guarantor means any Restricted Subsidiary that Incurs a Note Guarantee and its successors; provided that upon the release or discharge of such Person from its Note Guarantee with respect to the Notes in accordance with this Indenture, such Person ceases to be a Note Guarantor with respect to the Notes.

  • Note Guarantees means the Guarantees of the Initial Notes and any Additional Notes.

  • Initial Additional Notes means Additional Notes issued in an offering not registered under the Securities Act and any Notes issued in replacement thereof, but not including any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.

  • Guarantor means any one of them.

  • Subsidiary Guaranty means, collectively, the Subsidiary Guaranty made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-2, together with each other Guaranty and Guaranty supplement delivered pursuant to Section 6.12.
