Adverse Information definition

Adverse Information means information indicating that the cosigner has not complied with the contractual provisions of an obligation.

Adverse Information means any of the following occurrences with respect to a Buyer. The Buyer:- being unable to pay its debts when they fall due,- having a cheque rejected for lack of available funds,- having a direct debit discontinued,- having admitted cash flow difficulties- having legal action commenced against it in respect of a statutory demand or winding up petition- being the subject matter of commencement or preparation for the commencement of any insolvency proceedings- sustaining any event which would give reasonable grounds for the belief that the Buyer might not be able to fulfil its contractual obligations to you.
