Advertising Regulatory Board means the Advertising Regulatory Board NPC, with

Advertising Regulatory Board or “ARB” means the Advertising Regulatory Board, a non-profit company registered according to the company laws of South Africa, which carries on business as a self-regulatory body in the advertising industry, and includes the Directorate, Advertising Appeals Committee and Final Appeal Committee.
