Advisory personnel means the members of those city advisory boards, committees, commissions and agencies whose sole or primary responsibility is to give advice to the city commission and staff.

  • Advisory Client means any client (including both investment companies and managed accounts) for which Invesco serves as an investment adviser, renders investment advice, or makes investment decisions.

  • Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:
