Aeronautics Authority definition

Aeronautics Authority means the DGAC or such other governmental department, bureau, commission or agency that under the Law of the State of Registration shall from time to time have control or supervision of civil aviation in that state or have jurisdiction over the registration, airworthiness, operation, or other matters relating to, the Aircraft.
Aeronautics Authority means, as the context requires, the airworthiness authority in the State of Registration, or any person, governmental department, bureau, commission or agency succeeding to the functions of the foregoing and, if different, the civil aviation authority of the State of Registration.
Aeronautics Authority means, where applicable, the United States Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration and/or the administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, or any Person or Authority succeeding to the functions of any of the foregoing or having the functions of any of the foregoing in any foreign jurisdictions in which the Aircraft, the Borrower, World Travel, the Aircraft Trustee or lessee of the Aircraft may be subject.

Aeronautics Authority or "FAA" means, as the context may require or permit, the United States Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Transportation, the National Transportation Safety Board, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, and any person, governmental department, bureau, commission or agency succeeding to the functions of any of the foregoing.
Aeronautics Authority means, as the context may require, the governmental department, bureau, commission or agency that under the jurisdiction of operation of the aircraft shall from time to time have control or supervision of civil aviation in that jurisdiction over the registration, airworthiness, operation, maintenance or other matters relating to, the aircraft.
