Affordable Housing Contribution definition

Affordable Housing Contribution means the sum of £3,500,000 in total (with no indexation) for the purpose of the provision of off-site Affordable Housing in the Borough of Epsom & Xxxxx which may be payable by the Developer in accordance with paragraph [x] of this Schedule 4;

More Definitions of Affordable Housing Contribution
